ListingMind controlled alpha use terms
ListingMind Alpha 1.2 is a controlled commerce-intelligence service for approved testers and early customers.
Evidence boundaries
Discovery results, similar-product checks, provider rows, AI ideas, and marketplace evidence do not automatically create recommendation, benchmark, pricing, or competitor authority.
Seller responsibility
Users remain responsible for verifying product claims, pricing, fees, compliance, marketplace rules, shipping obligations, import/export rules, and final listing changes.
Alpha credits and billing
Features consume credits according to the price shown before the action. Failed eligible operations are refunded automatically. PayPal purchases add the confirmed number of credits after successful capture.
Provider and marketplace compliance
Marketplace and provider data should be used only through approved paths. API credentials must remain private and must not be exposed in public pages, reports, or shared files.
Changes before launch
Features, pricing, credit rules, report formats, provider coverage, and account behavior may change before public release.
Accounts and acceptable use
Keep your account secure and do not attempt to bypass credit, rate-limit, administrator, provider, or marketplace controls. ListingMind may restrict abusive or automated traffic that threatens service reliability.
